I have always had a desire to make a positive impact in every community I have lived in. As the owner and operator of the delicious EM Ice Cream & Pastry shop located in the heart of Jackson’s Point, I find myself emersed in this ever growing community and beauty of Lake Simcoe. 

In addition to EM Ice Cream & Pastry I continue to work in the GTA and Georgina for now over twenty years as the owner of NorthLake Construction. 

You may or may not know that EM Ice Cream & Pastry was inspired and named after my two beautiful daughters and their love for sweets which has now grown to be a lake side destination hot spot for tasty treats. 

As a family man and intergyral part of this community I look forward to serving you up a sweet treat 

this season!
